MACC focuses on the advancement of anesthesiology and intensive care medicine, with particular emphasis on perioperative management, patient safety, and evidence-based clinical practice.

The journal welcomes manuscripts in general and regional anesthesia, airway management, anesthetic pharmacology, perioperative medicine, intensive and critical care management, mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and pain medicine. Both clinical and translational research, as well as practice-oriented analyses that directly inform anesthesiology and critical care practice, are prioritized.

MACC publishes original research articles, review articles, case reports, evidence-based case reports (EBCR), and editorials that contribute to scientific advancement and clinical excellence in anesthesiology and intensive care.
